Restrictions on Use
The Information may not be used for commercial sale or reuse to generate revenue.
The Information may not be modified, reverse-engineered, reproduced or disseminated in whole or in part without the mention of its originator or prior written permission from Risk Watch Initiative.
By accessing this website You acknowledge that the (i) Index Data and all components thereof constitute proprietary information of substantial value to RWI, (ii) that you receive no proprietary rights whatsoever in or to the Index Data, and (iii) that title and ownership rights in and to the Index Data and all the rights therein and legal protections with respect thereto remain exclusively with RWI. You shall not, and shall not assist any third party to, assert any rights in the Index Data or any component thereof or challenge RWI’s rights therein.
Cancellation
The subscription is annual – it renews on a yearly basis, starting from the moment of first subscription.
Cancellation of subscription renewal will be possible up to the end of the ongoing subscription.
Data Protection Policy
The personal information collected directly from the user is the following: full name, address, email, phone number and payment data.
The information is provided by the user at the moment of subscription. In addition, personal information may be collected indirectly as the customer browses the site. The data collected will be utilized for billing and delivery of purchased products. It may also be utilized, in the future, for communication purposes, but will not be shared with other third parties.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the RWI Parties from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ and other professional’s fees and costs, as incurred, arising in any manner out of your use of, or inability to use, any Index Data contained on the website.

The user of the information contained in the Index Data assumes the entire risk of any use made of the Index Data. RWI shall not be liable for your browsing and use of this website and any activities conducted in relation thereto.
Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the substantive laws of Switzerland. Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to the Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva, the jurisdiction of the Swiss Federal Court being expressly reserved.
Any claim under these Terms of Use must be brought within one (1) year from the cause of action. After one year, such claim or cause of action is to be considered barred.
