ESG Ranking and Scores by country, covering environmental, human rights and health & safety risks.
The ESG Index covers 183 countries and territories and encompasses three sub-indexes (environment, human rights and health & safety) based on 65 variables to measure ESG risk exposure.
Our ESG index was conceived to help professionals implement efficient Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policies but also to meet the requirements of the growing number of ESG legislations, such as the French law on the diligence duty (“Devoir de Vigilance“) or more recently the German law on Supply Chain Due Diligence (“Lieferkettengesetz“)
Hover over the interactive Risk Map below to explore ESG scores and ranks by country. To measure risks and help you implement efficient CSR policies, the ESG index aggregates the results of three sub-indexes, respectively called “Environment”, “Human Rights and “Health & Safety”.
Country scores are presented on a 0-100 scale, where 0 corresponds to the lowest risk and 100 to the highest risk.
The map also categorizes countries into 5 risk levels, spreading from very low (lightest shade) to very high (darkest shade).
The top 10 and bottom 10 countries are listed below with their ranking, score and risk evaluation.
