Restrictions on Use
The Information may not be used for commercial sale or reuse to generate revenue.

Accounts / Subscription
Billing and Cancellation
The subscription is annual – it renews on a yearly basis, starting from the moment of first purchase. The user will be billed once in a year, corresponding to the day of subscription.
Payments are to be made through online card payments or, exceptionally for payments amounting to CHF 1000 or more, through bank transfer.
Cancellation of subscription renewal will be possible up to the end of the ongoing subscription.
You may return your purchase within 14 calendar days provided that you did not use it. Tailor-made services such as screening reports can only be refunded if un-started. Refunds are issued depending on the payment method used.
Data Protection Policy
The personal information collected directly from the customer is the following: full name, address, email, phone number and payment data.
The information is provided by the client at the moment of subscription. In addition, personal information may be collected indirectly as the customer browses the site. The data collected will be utilized for billing and delivery of purchased products. It may also be utilized, in the future, for communication purposes, but will not be shared with other third parties.

GRP shall not be liable for your browsing and use of this website and any activities conducted in relation thereto.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the GRP Parties from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ and other professional’s fees and costs, as incurred, arising in any manner out of your use of, or inability to use, any Index Data contained on the website.
Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the substantive laws of Switzerland. Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to the Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva, the jurisdiction of the Swiss Federal Court being expressly reserved.
Any claim under these Terms of Use must be brought within one (1) year from the cause of action. After one year, such claim or cause of action is to be considered barred.
